- Go to our web site www.ugmsalem.org and click on Careers, download and print the Job Description and Employment Application.
- Call 503-967-6388 and ask for the Human Resources to request an application by mail.
- Visit the UGM Administrative Offices at 255 Division Street NE, Salem during regular business hours (currently 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM) to pick up an application in person.
Applications are considered active for six months. After that, you must submit a new application.
